These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and purchases from healthynutsz.com, operated by Healthy Heights Nutrition Private Limited (“HealthyNutsz”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into a contract under applicable Indian law. If you are under 18, you may use the website only under the supervision of a parent or lawful guardian. You are responsible for providing accurate information, safeguarding your account credentials and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorised use.

2. Products and Product Information

We sell packaged nuts, seeds, dried fruits, trail mixes, snacks and related food products. We take reasonable care to display descriptions, weights, ingredients, images, prices and availability accurately. Packaging, colour and appearance may vary, and product images are illustrative. Information on the package supplied to you prevails where it differs from general website content.

Our products are food products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. General nutrition information on the website is not medical advice.

3. Allergens, Ingredients and Storage

Products may contain or come into contact with tree nuts, peanuts, seeds, gluten, milk, soy or other allergens. Always read the product label, ingredient list, allergen statement, best-before date and storage instructions before consumption. If you have an allergy, medical condition, dietary restriction or uncertainty about suitability, consult an appropriately qualified professional before use.

4. Prices, Taxes and Charges

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable GST, delivery charges and other charges will be shown before order confirmation. We may change prices prospectively. If a material pricing or listing error affects an order, we may contact you for confirmation or cancel the affected item and refund any amount collected for it.

5. Orders and Acceptance

An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request but does not by itself constitute final acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch or otherwise expressly accept the order. Orders are subject to product availability, successful payment authorisation, serviceability and fraud-prevention checks. We may reject or cancel an order for lawful reasons and will refund any payment collected for a cancelled item.

6. Payment

You may pay using the methods offered at checkout. Payment information is processed by authorised payment service providers. You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that the information supplied is accurate.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver to serviceable locations shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, public holidays, incorrect addresses, access restrictions or events beyond our reasonable control. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and ensure that someone is available to receive the order.

Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the address supplied by you or to a person authorised to receive it, subject to applicable law.

8. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

You may request cancellation before dispatch. After dispatch, cancellation may not be possible. Returns, replacements, required evidence, exclusions and refund timelines are governed by our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

9. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, coupons and discount codes may have separate eligibility, validity, minimum-order and product restrictions. Unless expressly stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined, have no cash value and may be withdrawn prospectively. Fraudulent or abusive use may result in cancellation.
