Because we deal in perishable food and agricultural agro-products, our return and refund guidelines are structured to comply with food safety, hygiene regulations, and customer protection standards.Please review our policy carefully before placing an order or requesting a return.
Return Eligibility Window
Due to strict food health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns on opened, unsealed, or partially consumed food items unless there is a verifiable quality lapse or physical transit damage.
- Reporting Period: Any issues concerning a damaged shipment, structural leakage, missing products, or incorrect items must be reported to our corporate customer team within 48 hours from the exact time of delivery.
- Product Condition: For a return to be considered eligible, the item must remain completely unused, unopened, and in its original premium packaging with all protective seals, corporate labels, and the tax invoice intact.
Valid Grounds for Return & Replacement
We will process a replacement or issue a refund if you encounter any of the following issues:
- Incorrect Fulfillment: You received a different product variety, weight, or unit than what was logged in your order confirmation.
- Quality Discrepancies: The product shows unusual spoilage or structural defects upon delivery (subject to instant review by our quality control department).
- Transit Damage: The external box or internal product packaging was ruptured, torn, or compromised during shipping.
Mandatory Verification Rule: To successfully validate a claim, you must capture and share a continuous, unedited unboxing video or high-resolution photographs showing the box condition and the compromised item. Claims submitted without proper visual proof cannot be authorized.
