Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Healthy Heights Nutrition Private Limited (“HealthyNutsz”, “we”, “us” or “our”) supplies packaged nuts, seeds, dried fruits, trail mixes, snacks and related food products through healthynutsz.com. This policy explains when an order may be cancelled, replaced, returned or refunded. It does not limit any rights available under applicable Indian consumer law.
Returns, Replacements & Reporting
Because food products are perishable and hygiene-sensitive, change-of-mind returns are not accepted after a package has been opened, unsealed or partly consumed. Please report any damaged, leaking, spoiled, missing or incorrect item within 48 hours of delivery. Keep the product, outer packaging, labels and invoice until we complete our review.
- Reporting Period: Any issues concerning a damaged shipment, structural leakage, missing products, or incorrect items must be reported to our corporate customer team within 48 hours from the exact time of delivery.
- Product Condition: For a return to be considered eligible, the item must remain completely unused, unopened, and in its original premium packaging with all protective seals, corporate labels, and the tax invoice intact.
Refunds, Cancellations & Contact
For an approved claim, we may offer a replacement, store credit or a refund to the original payment method, depending on product availability and your rights under applicable law. We will initiate an approved refund within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require a further 5–10 business days to credit the amount.
- Incorrect Fulfillment: You received a different product variety, weight, or unit than what was logged in your order confirmation.
- Quality Discrepancies: The product shows unusual spoilage or structural defects upon delivery (subject to instant review by our quality control department).
- Transit Damage: The external box or internal product packaging was ruptured, torn, or compromised during shipping.
Cancellation requests may be made before dispatch; after dispatch, cancellation may not be possible. To support a claim, please share clear photographs and, if available, an unboxing video, together with the order number and description of the issue.
